This is the iwatch sport. Its the best priced watch that Apple offers. I really like the rubber belt it has. Even when I work out in the gym doing weights or running, its great. But what happens when you drop it? It breaks, just like most watches out there. So, let me help you by giving you some advice, don't drop it.
I'm not sure why it breaks so easily, but if you are worried about dropping it, you can buy a rubber jacket on eBay.com for it for just $2-5 US with free shipping. Just a few dollars invested in a rubber case can save the life of this beautiful watch. SCW
