Apple Watch: One year later. Are you still wearing it? April 2016, iwatch Hints For Daily Use News.

I still wear my iwatch. I love how easily I can put it on with the sport band. I like that it's water resistant and doesn't start to smell after a while from sweat, unlike other watches I've owned. I like that it sets goals for how many calories to burn each day. and to exercise 30 mins. I like that when I'm working out at the gym I can check my heart rate, and also change the song playing and the volume without taking out my phone. I like that it reminds me to stand every hour. I like that the time (duh it's a watch) is always accurate. I like that I can check the weather date and basic information so easily. I like that when I charge it at night it has a clock that I can see right next to my bed. I like the subtle taps it gives you when you have a message or need to turn when using navigation. I like how force touching the screen is a way to access more functions of the watch rather than some redundant button or a touch icon that takes more screen space. The watch is honestly a nice accessory for those that like fitness, and a simpler way to get information and perform simple tasks at a glance. It does exactly as advertised.

That said, not everyone really needs this device, the same goes even for a regular watch. But for those who opt for it, will definitely have something that's more functional than the traditional watch. Hence smart watch.

As for all the smartwatches, I personally feel that the Apple watch seems to be the most intuitive and easy to use, while still retaining a lot of functionality. That seems to be Apple's trademark. SCW

Is This Concept iwatch In The Works? Apple Ordered 5" Flexible Screens! Apple Tips News.

This week Apple company spent over 2 billion dollars ordering flexible 5 inch screens. If these screens are for a watch, that watch will be amazing. Here is an excellent concept video of what such a watch may look like. Why else would apple buy so many flexible tiny screens?

Maybe in reality its a year or more away, but if you own an oculus rift set, you could actually program yourself to have this watch in the virtual world. It could have all the functions you see in the video below.

China Makes Exact Copy Of iwatch And It Looks Amazing, April 2016, Video, iwatch Apple Tips News.

To find this watch Click This Link. The price will vary, depending on the seller, but you should try not to spend more than $100-150 US for it. Click here to buy it.

This is crazy! There is a Chinese company that is making smart watches that are very similar in appearance to the Apple iwatch, but it looks like its running on android. Hey, if it saves you money, and you have an android phone I say this is your rock and roll. I have to admit I was a bit surprised when I saw the Facebook and Whats app there, but look at how big those buttons are! They are huge! Hmmm...I can't say this is junk, since I have never used one before, but I have to show props to the Chinese for their great innovations and creativity. Here is the link to the Apple clone watch.

REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL- "Most terrorism and crime historically has been stopped by local people who see something unusual and they report it to law enforcement," said Michael Malcolm of the U.S. Army Materiel Command's protection division. That's why Redstone Arsenal wants to use your eyes and ears to patrol the Redstone community and keep it safe from dangerous activity. "We're giving folks the ability to report suspicious or criminal activity using their smartphone very easily," said Malcolm. By using the new app called iWatch Army, users reporting drugs, weapons and other suspicious activities on Redstone Arsenal (and 20 other Army bases around the country) can do so with the touch of a button. "A good report would include what you saw, where you were when you saw it , when and what was it about that made you suspicious or though it was worth reporting?" explained Malcolm. You can include a picture or video with your tip and send it right through the app. There is one thing iWatch Army is not meant to do though. "It's not meant to replace 9-1-1. If you have an emergency, don't use the app; call 9-1-1," said Malcolm. You can choose to make your report anonymous or not. The app is available for iPhone and Android devices.
