Don't worry, you aren't the only one searching for a last minute Father's Day gift. If your dad is into tech, you might consider swinging by Best Buy on Sunday. The electronics chain is cutting $250 off all Apple Watch models with the purchase and activation of any iPhone 6S or iPhone 6S Plus. That means you'll be able to snag the 38mm Watch Sport for $49 (with the purchase of a new iPhone, of course). The deal, available online and in stores starting Sunday, includes activation on AT&T, Sprint or Verizon. At its Worldwide Developers Conference on Monday, Apple introduced the next version of the software powering its smartwatch, WatchOS 3. Available to the public in the fall, it promises a new interface and the ability to load apps much faster -- and it might finally make the Apple Watch a must-have gadget. Apple is also expected to unveil new iPhones in the fall, a reason Best Buy may be looking to clear out soon-to-be-outdated iPhone 6S and 6S Plus models.

Watch the ELDERS figure out how to use it, and what its uses are. Video, June 2016, Apple Watch News.
The APPLE WATCH is brand-new! Watch the ELDERS figure out how to use it, and what its uses are! Don't miss out on this great discussion about the new tech-culture!
A lot has been said about the complexity of the Apple Watch UI. We have the opportunity to use gadgets every day, and still found it to have a steep learning curve. But it appears to be no match for a group of elders, who seem to breeze through the watch’s features like it’s no big deal. In a new Elder’s React video, a group of senior citizens give Apple’s new wearable a spin, and take pretty quickly to the watch’s functionality. Maybe it’s because we’re somewhat used to what smartwatches can do, but these folks have an almost child-like reaction to the Apple Watch’s capabilities, showing genuine excitement for what it can do. It can text? It can take calls? The participants seem to enjoy the watch’s fitness capabilities the most, which is one of the device’s strongest features. But even though they recognize the wearable can do a lot, some of them admit that a smartwatch is completely unnecessary, especially if it relies on a phone. You know all about the Apple Watch; you know what it can do, what apps it can run, and even some of its deepest, darkest secrets. But it’s not just for young people like you and me. It appears anyone can pick up the Apple Watch no problem.

Fake Apple Store Employees Mess With Customers To Prank Them, June 2016, Video, iwatch News.
Watch as these kids pretend to be Apple employees and mess with the customers minds. Its really a mean thing to do and it blows me away that they didn't get caught earlier for this, but thats life right? I really hope they didn't hurt customers feelings towards Apple company itself. Very odd prank video.
Tim Cook Explains Why The Gold Apple Watch Costs $10,000, Video, June 2016, watch Tech News. (Parady)
The real funny thing is that Apple has one worth $60k, it has the entire screen covered with 108 x 38carat diamonds ... this does make it a little difficult to see the screen .. well in fact its impossible because it is completely covered and you will never see the screen once during the ownership of the watch but it shows off how much money you have to waste. They are already working on the updated diamond watch, it looks the same but has more features on the software that you cannot ever see or use but costs $70k.
Kids Real Reactions To The Apple Watch Makes You Laugh, June 2016, Video, Apple Watch News.
If Apple hired Nickelodeon to run focus groups, this is what they’d sound like. “It’s really hard to design products by focus groups. A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.” —Steve Jobs, Businessweek. 1998. The sample of respondents in the attached video—eight minutes of kids seeing the Apple Watch for the first time—is hardly scientific. These are tech-savvy L.A. schoolchildren who have their own iPhones. But their comically theatrical responses mirror pretty accurately the reactions I get when I show friends and relatives my Apple Watch. This, Sir Jony, is what “mixed reviews” look like: Putting on the watch: “I can’t do this. Does anyone know how to do this?” Hearing that the Watch needs an iPhone: “Are you serious?” “That’s just dumb.” After pressing the digital crown: “Ooo. Appy!” The app interface: “It’s all in one little cluster. So it’s really hard to find stuff.” The telephone feature: “You look like a spy, just talking into your watch while you’re walking down the street.” The utility: “It has the things that a normal phone has, but it’s not as good as a phone.” Who needs it? “Nobody really needs a smartphone. Nobody needs this either. You don’t need a TV either, but it’s a cool thing to have.” How do you feel about it? “It’s cool but I don’t need it but I really really want it.” The bottom line: “It’s an accessory. It’s going to catch on, but it’s not going to be as common as the iPhone.”

Crazy Guy Destroys 18K Gold Apple Watch With Magnets, June 2016, iwatch Hints, Tech News.
What better way to put the 38mm 18k yellow gold Apple Watch Edition to use then to crush it with 2 powerful neodymium magnets equaling to 650 pounds of force!
OMG This guy in the video is crazy to destroy this watch. Does he really think the engeneers at Apple or Samsung care about one single product in the end? they just see the selling numbers and their paycheck at the end of the month and then they give a fuck about what happens to one or one hundred devices as long as they got sold. and just think about, how many devices are getting destroyed in a normal production cycle for normal stress tests.... You should start think that way.
